Introducing a -100 dB RF / EMI Attenuation Tabletop Enclosure.
Select Fabricators’ Research and Development Team is proud to introduce a -100 dB RF / EMI Attenuation Tabletop Enclosure. The frameless design allows a smaller footprint, easier storage, and guarantees higher attenuation than the RF / EMI Shielded Tabletop Enclosure.
The double-wall NOVA (our highly conductive Ag/Cu/Ni Fabric) construction with a metal frame averages -95 dB of attenuation between 750 MHz and 6 GHz and -90 dB of attenuation between 12 GHz and 18 GHz. An internal foam skeleton allows the Enclosure to stand upright on its own as well as achieve attenuation of over -100 dB while also reducing reflection inside of the Enclosure for more accurate readings.
The -100 dB Frameless Tabletop Enclosure is designed to compete with other portable benchtop hard-wall RF Shielded Test Enclosures designed for efficient and cost-effective RF isolated device testing. The frameless design in addition to Select Fabricators’ patented double magnet door closure allows customers to achieve the highest shielding effectiveness throughout the life of the enclosure. The double magnet closure withstands over 5,000 opening/closings without a noticeable reduction in shielding effectiveness – significantly longer than the latch-and-gasket doors.
Similar to SFI’s external-framed RF / EMI Shielded Tabletop Enclosures, the-100 dB Frameless Enclosure offers the addition of I/O filter plates and connectors, shielded ventilation systems, and other upgraded options.
